We hope this blog post finds you in high spirits as we dive into the heart of summer. We wanted to make sure you’re all aware of the exhilarating Summer Excitement raffle happening at our beloved dojo. By now, you may have already caught wind of it, but allow us to give you a quick recap. This is your chance to win some incredible prizes, and all you have to do is attend classes and events leading up to our highly anticipated End of Summer Party on August 19th!
But wait, there’s more! We’ve added an exciting twist to make your summer training even more memorable and increase your odds of walking away with fantastic rewards. Introducing Theme Weeks! Each week, we’ll explore a different theme and loosen up our uniform rules a bit. You have two choices: stick with your regular uniform (gi, gi pants, belt, and Revolution T-shirt) or embrace the theme by wearing your pants, belt, and a shirt that matches the weekly theme. And guess what? Wearing a themed shirt grants you an additional ticket for the raffle!
Let’s take a look at the amazing lineup of upcoming Theme Weeks:
- Patriot Week (Week of July 3rd): Show off your patriotic spirit with USA-themed shirts.
- Beach Week (Week of July 10th): Embrace those summer vibes with Hawaiian shirts or beach-themed attire.
- Retro Week (Week of July 17th): Take a trip down memory lane with shirts featuring iconic music, TV, or movie references from the 70s, 80s, or 90s.
- Hobby Week (Week of July 24th): Proudly display your hobbies with shirts that showcase your unique interests (please avoid sports shirts).
- Sports Week (Week of July 31st): Show your support for your favorite sports team or wear a jersey from a sport you play.
- Bring a Buddy Week (Week of August 7th): Bring a friend to class and share the joy of training together! No specific theme this week, just a fun opportunity to introduce someone new.
- Promotions Week (Week of August 14th): It’s time to don your standard uniforms as we celebrate promotions and achievements.
Please note that if you choose not to participate in the theme of the week, we kindly request that you wear your standard uniform to earn raffle tickets. Wearing a random or plain shirt to class won’t count towards the raffle. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We couldn’t be more thrilled to have all of you in our classes, filling the dojo with laughter and boundless energy throughout the summer months. Eligibility Rules: Only students with a current Ninjas, Tigers, Core, Black Belt Club, Masters Club, or Adults membership are eligible to win prizes. Students on a 2-week or Summer Special program are not eligible to win but can still participate in the theme weeks.
